Deuteronomy 30:12-14

12 It is not in God’s home. So you do not have to ask, ‘Who will go up to God’s home and bring it down to us? Then we can understand his words and obey them.’

13 Nor is it across the sea. So you do not have to ask, ‘Who will cross the sea to fetch it? Then we can understand his words and obey them.’

14 No! God’s word is very near to you. It is in your mouth and in your mind, so that you can obey it.
